    Hey guys its me bluce and im here to tell you all about kidney stones. so first

    What is a kidney stone?
    A kidney stone is a crystalline chunk of minerals that builds up in your kidneys due to the urine being oversaturated with said minerals. In being oversaturated, these minerals form deposits in a manner similar to how real crystals form, continuing until some portion of the urinary tract is clogged with these little chunks of pain.

    So, what are they made of?
    Kidney stones are generally formed when calcium bonds with oxolate or phosphorous. Oxolate can be found in various nuts and root vegetables, and phosphorous can be found in sodas in high levels.

    How do I prevent them?
    One can do many things to prevent kidney stones. the first is to sufficiently dilute your urine by drinking plenty of water every day. You can also limit intake of several of the before mentioned foods, but this is only recommended if you have suffered from kidney stones in the past. Getting plenty of calcium also helps for some reason. Don't ask me why. Additionally, limiting meat consumption can cut down on the amount of uric acid in the body, inhibiting the growth of kidney stones. This also increases the levels of citrate , which also inhibits the formation of kidney stones.

    Too serious. However, maintaining regular bowel movement is a good way to rapidly remove carcinogens from the body and reduce the risk of cancer.
