Your parents fricked you up by giving you such devices at such a young age.
I don't know if he is a worse person since I have nothing to compare it. But as you can see from all of the posts hes made on the forums and the way he acts in game, he was given way too much freedom of speech for him to handle.
His momma needs to smack him lol
to all of the keyboard warriors on the internet stop telling people to stop doing stuff they enjoy its condescending and douchey, if someone likes playing video games more than they like hiking they are going to play video games instead of going hiking and it is not in your power to tell them to do otherwise. one example of you becoming depressed after playing too much video games or whatever does not apply to everyone.
I’m not saying you have to hike or do something constantly outside. I’m saying to spend time with family, friends and try meeting new people. Most of the players on this server are kids or early teens so I firmly believe that they should at least try that during the summer. I might be a wuss but I don’t think especially kids that are young should be constantly inside during the summer playing videogames by themselves. I never did any sports any point in my life but simply going out and doing something outside more often or spending time with my friends helped my mental health and physical health. I strongly believe that videogames or speaking through headphones could ever triumph face to face conversation.
That being said, I never felt the power to command people to do something. I stated my opinion and said what I think people should attempt at doing from my experience, and that’s that. Of course people will always prefer one thing over the other. A lot of those things I never did and I regret it and would of done otherwise if I could. Ultimately though, spend your summer having fun, though if you’re bored try something new and try to make new friends.
I’d say social interaction is less beneficial than having the nearly endless supply of collective knowledge we know as the internet at your fingertips at all times. If you are actually old enough to remember the “older generation” that “wasn’t glued to devices” you would remember that people were always glued to something even before modern technology. It’s just way more useful things that people are glued to now. Not saying that going outside is not useful at all but, hey, times change and so do the things we keep around.
we live in a society
So you either don't know me or think I'm not a human.
Today was a gorgeous day, before doing what we usually do on a weekend we went to the park and had a kick about for a couple hours. Despite there being 5 other fields, skatepark, bb court there was next to no youngins out. As a kid even having consoles and computers we'd spend most our time reaping havoc in the streets until dark. A 10 year change and the difference to how children spend most of their time now is wild.
guys guys guys swearing is really !@##&$ inappropriate

Well it was before today's three year olds wanted smartphones, at least
And age 7 is not young, ages 1-2 is young
when i was younger i loved going outside and doing fun and dumb crap with my friends, still do. i suppose its the way you're brought up.
I've heard this conversation a thousand times and I've never heard this statement, but I can't agree more. The difference between a vivid hobby and an addiction is the ability to voluntarily stop.
